Ordering from the ALC247 online store

We sell our products all over the world. We only deliver to Germany, but you can order and authorise a carrier to collect your order from us. Only persons who are legally entitled to possess alcohol or other products are allowed to order from our online shop.

Packaging and processing times for orders

You can see the availability of all products on the product page or in the product group. While every effort is made to keep availability information up to date at all times, it is possible that errors may occur.

We aim to pack all orders within 1-6 working days unless the order includes products that are not in our stock. We will only pack orders outside of Germany once we have received confirmation of the shipment of the order or once the customer has indicated that they will collect the order from our warehouse in Germany.

We are not responsible in any way for force majeure situations, which are unexpected problems or disasters that may delay the arrival of products in our warehouse or the packaging of orders.

Packaging, processing and delivery of orders

ALC 24/7 UG sells products globally to customers all over the world. We deliver orders ourselves only within Germany.

Your purchase can be picked up from our pick-up warehouse by any carrier. Our pick-up warehouse is currently located at Grönfahrtweg 5, 24955 Harrislee, Germany.

In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock or an alternative packaging size is available, we reserve the right to exchange the product for a similar, substitute product without prior notice to the customer. The packaging size or format of the product may change.

Product shortages due to picking error will be refunded in the form of a gift card or product with the next order. We will not make up for any product shortages separately.

We endeavour to keep stock information up to date at all times, if for any reason we notice a significant difference in product availability, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Methods of payment and settlement of payments

Our online shop offers the most common payment methods such as debit and credit cards, online bank transfers and traditional bank transfers. We work in partnership with leading payment intermediaries in Europe.

Terms and conditions for Paytrail

Paytrail acts as a payment intermediary for the Beverage Warehouse online shop. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the payee on your accounts. Paytrail will forward the payment to the merchant.

Cancellation or return of an order

Once you have received a packing notification in your email, it is no longer possible to change your order.

You can return the order in its original condition to our warehouse in Germany by paying the return costs. We will refund the order after checking the condition of the products.

Missing or damaged products

If you discover any shipping damage with your order, please describe the shipment immediately and claim the shipment to the shipping company. For orders outside Germany, we have no involvement in the transport so any packaging damage is between the carrier and you.

If an order is missing an item, please contact our customer service. Please also remember to take a picture of the incoming shipment immediately upon unpacking it.

Prices and taxes

All our prices include all applicable German alcohol, excise and VAT taxes.

When ordering abroad from Germany, you may be required to declare the order to the local tax authorities within 1-4 working days of receiving the order and may be liable to pay any excise or alcohol taxes associated with the order.

If you order from outside Germany, please be sure to follow local laws and guidelines depending on the country you are shipping to.

Product information on the website

We are constantly working to keep our product information up to date. However, it is possible that there may be discrepancies between the information in the online shop and the product delivered (vintage, alcohol content, grape variety...).

Vintages and alcohol contents may change in the middle of a batch, but we will endeavour to update the alcohol contents in the online shop as soon as the product changes.
